£90 for an appointment

Please contact us on 0117 986 4242 for more information or to arrange an appointment.

Three methods of wax removal may be used:

  1. Micro Suction Wax Removal

  2. Ear Irrigation using the Pro-pulse Irrigator

  3. Removal of wax deposits using a Jobson Horn Probe

Mr Stephen Neal (RHAD MSHAA) has undertaken training and achieved competency in wax removal and will use best-practice procedures to minimise any risk of harm. However, as with any wax removal procedure even when performed with the upmost care, there is a small risk involved of damage to or infection of the skin of the ear canal or the ear-drum during the procedure.

Right, just so you know you are in completely in control, for any reason whatsoever , you merely say STOP.

Apparently I have a tendency to tickle in peoples ears, and that can trigger a cough reflex, so instead of stumbling as to what you do, just say STOP, I’m instantly out of your ear & you have a really good cough.

I have a good reputation for not hurting people.

I’m just going to get a specular this helps to straighten your ear out so we can get a better view through the channel.

O.K. lets just get this out of the way, this is an ideal job for loops, So what we will do now is get sorted with a probe, So everything is ultra clean and safe Now some people are completely unaware of of what we are going to do

You may or may not have watched some videos, I have a number of people that have watched various videos, what can be useful sometimes is.

If you can place your hand gently on here, If you look down at the probe, just to get an idea that it’s nice and gentle.

Right.. How does that feel?

So much different, I can really hear the difference. It was brilliant, I would definitely recommend it

No pain? No discomfort?

Nothing at all it was so easily done

I can hear so much more now

Great! That’s what we are after happy smiley clients.
