Anita and Steve offer a brilliant service particularly at this time. I needed some accessories for my hearing aids and... I was given an appointment. When I was there Steve pointed out an issue with one of the aids which he rectified on the spot. Brilliant. When things are back to normal, if you need hearing aids go to the Keynsham Hearing Centre. A true Professional! Had ear suction elsewhere in Bristol but Stephen is in another league. He was persistent and... managed to clear both ears. 2nd one took another visit given it needed more oiling but didn't charge for the 1st attempt as I wasn't leaving clear. This a contrast to others who charge either way. Highly recommend!read more
